Important Information For Authors

• Each accepted paper requires a FULL registration, i.e. NOT a student registration. This should be done by October 30, 2013
• At least one author for each accepted paper must register by 30 October.
• Full papers: authors may publish one (1) eight (8) page paper per registration. If necessary, you may purchase two (2) additional pages per paper for US$100 each.
• Short papers: authors may publish one (1) five (5) page paper per registration.
• Fast abstracts: authors may publish one (1) two (2) page paper per registration.
• If necessary, you may purchase two (2) additional papers under the same registration name for the cost of another full registration.

Cancellation Policy

All refund/cancellation requests must be received in writing .Please email your requests to hasereg@ieee.org. Cancellations received by 11 November 2013 will be charged an administrative fee of US$100. Cancellations received after 11 November 2013 will be charged and administrative fee of US$200.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED AFTER 31 DECEMBER.
